Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Dokodemo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Fragile Items

• Our stone vessels are fragile. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us at info@dokodemo.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a replacement or refund.
